Crystal Creek Assisted Living (Canton, MI)

Multiple meetings with Owner, Architect and General Contractor to develop kitchen in order to meet their current and projected future needs. Kitchen design, equipment specifying and eventual delivery and set in place of kitchen fixtures.

Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority (Ann Arbor, MI)

Worked through General Contractor to develop and modernize the existing kitchen. Design and equipment specifying to meet budget issues and delivery of equipment within requested time frame required on the project. Brought kitchen and ventilation up to Dept. of Health codes.

St. John's Armenian Church (Southfield, MI)

Complete kitchen upgrade and remodel, including room finishes and lighting to better serve current and anticipated future demands. Services included General Contractor related, kitchen design and equipment specifications. Products demonstrations and equipment demonstrations for long time staff. Very tight schedule was met in order to meet requested time lines.

Bosco's Pizza (Warren, MI)

Meetings with Owner in order to develop a new R&D Kitchen. Took owners vision and implemented an equipment flow and specifications to meet goals. Provided plumbing assistance and moved existing equipment for the new department. Work included developing ventilation plan and installation for unique field conditions.

Joe's Produce, Livonia

Regular meetings with Owner to execute his vision of store expansion of long time produce store. Developed spaces for a new prepared foods kitchen, deli and bakery departments. Scope of work included complete food service design and layout of open display kitchen and related supporting areas. Specified equipment with an eye on versatility, flexibility and budget matters.

Westborn Market - Berkley (Remodel), Gourmet Food Market

Sale of specified equipment along with demonstration of new Mettler-Toledo wireless scale network. Customer was looking for a long term solution for his expanding 3 store operation. After multiple meetings the final solution was determined using an in-store wireless network with MT proprietary software to manage data and programming.

Cena To Go (National Franchise)

Prepared meals to go concept with locations in Florida, California, Georgia, and Louisiana. Developed cost effective equipment and supplies budget for franchisor and franchisees.
